In 2017, I continued my exploration of visual abstraction and figurative simplification, in these geometric compositions, completed looking outside my studio window. Look closely and you can see the edge of my work surface, the frame of the window or doorway, the terrazzo pavers, sand walk, garden boxes and plants, and hedge beyond, integrated to form a complete and unique composition.
